Each ST-R9071 shifter has two buttons, and they're not 12-speed compatible.

These shifters are compatible with carbon fiber handlebars (but only with aluminum inserts where the brake levers are installed) or aluminum handlebars. The handle inner diameter is 19.0 – 22.5mm.
