Pair 1x12 Wireless MTB / Gravel derailleurs and Shifters
Pairing 1x12 fully wireless Di2 MTB shifters and derailleurs can be done in two different ways. With the Shimano mobile app, and without.

Deore XT SW-M8250-IR
The XT M8250 SHIMANO RAPID ES shifter feels instantly natural out of the box, but can also be molded to fit any hand, thanks to its familiar fit and evolved adjustability design. Multiple shift modes, like hold-down multi-shift, tactile click-through double shift, or locked-out single shift, deliver precision, while a tunable third button allows for additional system tuning or third-party connection.
This is a wireless shifter, powered by two CR-1632 batteries.
You can pair these shifters using the mobile app, by scanning the QR code - or even without the app.

Firmware updates
These shifters do not have any E-Tube ports, and their firmware cannot be updated (according to Shimano).
